*Updated* Cabon Fiber Hood Fom JSP

Okay, no typos this time... Here's the scoop: 10 orders minimum to start the process, email me at NIM@cfl.rr.com if you're intrested. I asked JSP what kind of influence we could have on the design, and here was their response:

"Most hoods could integrate some kind of scoop and if you are able to scalp the design you like, we can refine, copy and produce it for you.

Just an indication, the Jobber pricing should be around $600 and we may able to offer some kind of group buy discount if you generate the full 10 orders.

So there it is, all we need is 10 orders total, as of now, including my own, we have 2 so far. Anyone with design ideas or sketches, please feel free to email them as well. I'm going to try to come up with a design myself, and I will post a sketch as soon as possible; if I receive sketches from other people, I will post them as well, and we can vote or combine in some way to get a finished hood we can all agree on... sweet.

JSP says the asking price will be around $600 for normal customers, once we generate 10 orders, they will give us a group buy discount towards the hoods. And again, we have the opportunity to have input on the design of the hood, so if you have any ideas or suggestions, please post them!

well i will buy one without a doubt, if it is "invader style," if you go on the VIS racing website and look at their invader CF hood, its bad@ss. What do you other guys think? i like it better then those ricey double ram air that some civics got....

I am def interested if the group buy price is right and the design is good. Any one have any sketches of what there vision of a hood should be. I think that a raised line hood with some kind of scoop would look great on this car since the front lines are allready raised. Just my input.
