Unresponsive Infotainment and Flashing i-stop Light

Hi everyone,

I've just bought a 2010 Mazda Biante and I saw there was a couple of things wrong with it the infotainment screen loads with Mazda logo then blank unresponsive screen also the I stop is flashing amber all the time, I realized the positive battery terminal was very loose so I have fixed that but not sure how to fix the other problems I've tried disconnecting battery and reconnecting to no avail and all the reset button sequences online ie back nav and volume buttons I don't have them in my car.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

How old is the battery and is it up to spec for i-Stop? My understanding is if the car doesn't detect a good enough battery, it will disable i-Stop.

Not sure on the age, I will check but what I do know is that the possible terminal on the battery was very loose so I guess it wasn't charging the battery sufficiently
