everything is fine .. but the previous owner must have disconected the battery or somehting because it only registers one of the five tests on the ecu. ugh anyone ever have this problem?

theres five things that the computer has to register to pass inspection and my ecu only registered one of them such as 55 miles per hour or more for 20 miles or more. stuff like that.

Where are you located exactly? Do you have any other knowledge of what type of tests you did fail?

you have to go thru a complete drive cycle after resetting the ecu before you can go thru emissions. depending on your driving style and distances it could take anywhere from one day to a week to do this

YES thats exacty what the guy at the shop told me. i mean. i got a new turbo put in like 4 days ago so he could have reset the ecu then. he may have disconnected the battery.

id rec just driving around for a day or so and swing by a place that pulls codes for free to see if the drive cycle is complete. this way your not wasting time at the testing place for no reason
