Two recall notices in one week

My fiance has just recieved her second recall for her 2004 Mazda6i. The first one is a "Fuel Odor Recall 1403L." It says the fuel tank lock ring, which hold the fuel pump in the fuel tank, or the fuel pump seal, may have been installed improperly. This may result in a fuel odor from fuel leaking from the pump area. This could result in vehicle fire. The second is called "Door Sash Surface Staining." It describes this as a lubricant used to install the weatherstriping caused staining in the clearcost of the door sills and may cause rusting.
Shes gotta get up at 7AM to go get these checked out and get her first scheduled oil change. I haven't noticed either the fuel odor or rust spots but they can fix it anyway.(wedge)

My p5 doesnt have any recalls...no problems whatsoever...(2thumbs)
thats the trouble with 1st year production cars, reliability is uncertain

yeah, i had both of those recalls done. no problems whatsoever. i had the "rust" .

yep just found the rust last night so I'll be going in today to see about it.
