I have a 2003 Protege with a 2.0L motor and with the benifit of working at a dealership I was able to get ahold of another 2.0L motor that a guy hydrolocked the engine....So plan is to tear it down and rebuild it from scratch. My biggest determination is deciding what type of setup to go with. What are the benefits of running a high compression engines as compared to running a turbo setup? I'm setting my goals kinda low at this point... The engine puts out around 130-40 at the crank stock... Hoping to reach around the 250 mark. I'm fairly new to working on eniges in terms of mods... But I have people to help me out. Let me know what you think
