OK i have a question for you guys since i am really not that knowledgeable about turbos. I will be getting a turbo from an 08 MS3 and i was wondering what all i will be needing to get it into my n/a 3 and have it all set up. I know i will need all the tubing and the intercooler but i have no idea other than that. I wasnt sure if it would be a lot of stuff i need or if it would just be easier and cheaper to go with an entire turbo kit. Thanks for any info.

read the book, maximum boost, then read it again. if you don't know what you need, your not ready, not to be a dick but its true. do some research, and then rethink if you want to go through with it. its fun but its lots of work. just my 2 cents

You should just get the whole kit. There are a lot more parts that you will be needing to boost your 3. I'm currently waiting for a turbo kit from f2 to be shipped to me. You can check out their website. www.f2usa.com There is also a thread about this kit on here. Check into it all first.

+1 I would just get a whole kit. It might be cheaper... The stock ms3 turbo is very small... Also you won't be able to use the stock TMIC because the hood is not tall enough. You also need an aftermarket fuel controller. I believe the exhaust manifold does not bolt up to the mazda 3. You will need to invest in an aftermarket FMIC. All of these problems are not worth the hassle. If you are truely interested the F2 turbo kit is a very good kit. I'm currently running the Stage2 F2 kit with stock internals and even stock clutch/tranny. No problems whatsoever. I will also be tracking the car at a circuit on May 23rd.

Depending on how well you took care of your car the turbo kit will run fine with stock internals and tranny.
