True Red Female Driver in PA?

So today I was driving home from college and a relatively stock looking TR MS3 passed me and low and behold, the driver was a female. This happened around noon on I-81 heading towards Harrisburg and the red MS3 had some passenger side rear bumper damage. Who are you fair maiden????
