Just curious, what do you think i would be able to get for a 2005 Mazda 3i . power locks/windows/doors, single cd player, rear spoiler, auto transmission, cloth interior, cruise control, keyless entry, 6 spkr audio system, 16" alloy wheels.

You'll lose a lot of money trading a car in when it's that new.

sounds like you might have over paid a little...my MSP was 20 out the door & people got better deals than I did....

depends if you can find somebody willing to pay that....were I live you could probably get one for that much out the door but you never know until you try. You'll def get more by selling it than trading it in though.

What's your principal balance? You can go to www.kbb.com to get an estimated trade-in value but I have a feeling you'll be damn lucky to even get a payoff. You'll probably end up rolling some extra money into whatever new car you're buying.

I went to the mazda dealer last weekend and the guy tried to sell me an 05 SP23 for 15 out the door. I think your gona be stuck with it. Try to refi.

21K? The MSRP on that vehicle is 17500 tops! Were you upside down on another car that you traded on the 3i? You are looking at 13500 tops on trade or carmax, if that. Especially since these cars will be coming off rental fleets too. Sorry, but you are in that car for the long haul.

No, try 15k if it has very low miles. Just my opinion though.

wow man, you definitely got bent over and taken. which dealer was it? i am definitely not going to them.
21? for an i trim? nuts.
i think 15 is the most realistic number if it has low miles. i can get out of the lot with an s trim new for 17. and 15,500 for an i.
keep it, what kind of financing did you get? fixed APR? 3years or 5 years? what was the rate?
