Tire Size & Choices

I just ordered my Cobb RSB and will install it as soon as it arrives by UPS ground. This is my first suspension mod. My next mod will probably be the Koni FSDs with my original springs. My Potenzas are down to the tread wear bars after 22,000 miles so the tires I'm looking at are the Hankook Ventus V12in stock 215/45/18 size or the Dunlop Star Specs in the 225/45/18 size. I've heard that the FSDs tend to raise the car in the front, maybe even the rear after installation. If this is true should I go with the Star Specs since they will be slightly taller in the wheel wells than the Hankooks. The Dunlops are not available through Tirerack in the stock size. The Star Specs were recently rated #1 and Hankooks #2 in a recent poll. There is about a $35 difference per tire. What do ya'll recommend?

BTW, I track this car about 4 times a year at Infineon, Laguna-Seca & Thunderhill.

My only other mods have been a MSCAI with a K & N filter and Goodridge SS brake lines to run high temp fluid. (cool)
