Does anyone know how to safely remove the hideous dealership sticker on my beautiful Mica Laser Blue MSP? It is truly pissing me off.

When I worked at a dealer we used a Power Steamer-

Like a Pressure washer but with HOT water-
Worked like a charm everytime and took it of without scratching or damaging the paint.
(takes of both the emblem and the adhesive - all in about 12 sec! (wow) )

"goo gone" Thats what my g/f says right after she wipes it off...LMAO

3m makes an adhesive/tar/gum remover thats safe on paint. Itll get off bugs, tar, stickers...just about anything. Itll only take off the coat of wax on that certain part but does nothing to your paint. It took off my dealership sticker which was huge right off with no ill effects. Also, look around the spoiler there might some goo from where the paint protector was on as well....this stuff gets that off also.

my bf took my ugly one off. with a hot power washer he spayed it on for a few secs came off no problem i think thats the best way.. no sticky residue at all :)

If you use the hairdryer method, and there's still some residue, just wax it, it'll come right off... That's what Chris and Bryan suggested and it worked great.

my dealer tried to tell me they wouldn't. I said fine pay me 100 a month to advertise there dealership.

They took it off!

I wonder if that'd work on my keyboard. (bj)

Or you can use Ronsonol or Zippo lighter fluid.

yea, a dealer badge would have been a deal-breaker for me... can't stand them

Mine was just a vinyl sticker it came right off no problem. I took it off as soon as I got the car so the paint wouldn't look f'd up after it being removed after being on there for a while
