Think this would be any good?

its an OBX header and an OBX exhaust according to the descriptions.

OBX makes a good header. needs a little fab work for the install i've heard but the numbers look great. haven't seen/heard the exhaust of theirs. i'll be getting an exhaust pretty soon, but i won't buy a premade. i'll be going with a 2.5" cat-back deleting the second cat with a vibrant turbo muffler.

i was just thinking the both because i heard the header takes some work, and i thought that with the exhaust kit it would make for an easy install.

what about this kit? does anybody have any of these?

I know they are probably not the best of the set ups but im on a mod. budget?

this one is the Tsudo N1 kit.

ALWAYS buy quality headers!!! I bought 4 (yes 4) sets of cheap ebay headers for the Integra. 4 2-piece and 4 1-piece. None of them fit up to my exhaust correctly.

As far as exhausts go, I had a Skunk 2 exhaust (mmmmm, sounded fantastic) but ended up getting a ticket from the neighbors complaining to the cops. It wasn't decible legal. With very little cash, I bought an eBay GReddy SP style exhaust. The fit wasn't as clean as the Skunk 2, but it fight and sounded decent. Never gave me any issues.

The moral of the story, if the headers are quality (like OBX) go for it. Tsudo is one of those eBay brands, but I have never heard of any issues with those catbacks. Buy them both and then submit videos :D

i think i will have to get both just to see what i like better and for under $300 a piece thats doable.

which one should i go with first? i was thinking Tsudo, but it looks loud.

Get them both now, or at least install them at the same time. You will be glad you did!!

Basically, the headers will give you some bass and some rasps. The exhaust won't give you any rasps, but it's gonna be LOUD. If you want something alright for daily driving, I recommend finding a GReddy SP 2 or the quiet one I think Apex'i made... the name escapes me right now.

The OBX header is a good quality header but it does not come with a Flex Pipe. You will have to get an exhaust shop to fab one up for you. If you are in the area of investing a header for your 3 I'd recommend Vibrant, Thunder Vr.2 which comes with cat or Draxas.(if u can find 1) All of these headers come with a flex pipe/straight pipe.

I currently have the OBX exhaust and I love it. If you don't mind the large size muffler then go for it. The exhaust isn't that loud and the quality of it is great. Also this exhaust deletes the 2nd cat so you will gain a few extra ponies.

thanks for responding,

was the OBX exhaust a direct bolt on or did you have to take some trips to the muffler shop?

im aware of the OBX flex pipe issue, but i thought i would see how the whole thing works together.

yea the OBX is a direct bolt on. No cutting or adjusting required. :)

nice, nothing more i hate than getting under a car and finding out i have to go downtown to the muffler shop for one dumb thing.

You wouldnt happen to have or know of any sound clips with the OBX exhaust would you?

hmm...nope. Tomorrow I could try and take one but the sound of my exhaust has slightly change since i've done other mods.

if you could get one, then just let me know if it used to be louder or quieter or however and i can get a general idea of what im lookin at. I will be adding for stuff later anyways.

under 3krpms the exhaust is very quiet. Once your above 3k it starts to become louder. It doesn't have a raspy or rice type sound. It has a deep tone to it.
