Yep it's a known fact. They can't stand that the P5 looks better than their pathetic excuse for a car. He he. Okay okay to the point. Went to wal-mart with the hubby and baby so I didn't park too far from the entrance. So my car is fairly close. I couldn't help but to park kinda ****** up because the car to my left was a bit screwy anyway. (They were too far to the right) Which caused me to park far to the right. Well we come back out and this car is like barely two feet from mine on the passenger side. I checked for the telltale sign of non-P5 driver carelessness. And yep there it was...a mark from THEIR door banging into the rear wheel well. And it's not just a scuff of paint either. It's like tiny gash. I can run my finger over it and feel it there. And just as we were getting in this b**** with a shopping cart shows up getting ready to come through on that side. As if she had the super human ability to maneuver that thing in such a way as to not bang into my car AGAIN. I wanted to say something so bad but since we were leaving I didn't. But I'm betting her dumb ass was the owner of that other car and she was getting ready to come through with a cart?! (confused) I'm just trying to figure that one out. Even when the space is tight on the drivers side I'm still trying hard not to hit the other car. Is that same courtesy from other people too much to ask???
I was still steamed even after I got home. Pffft!!

i know seriouslly, i had my old car, my old mazda mx6, i mean its a fairly cool looking car, but i parked one day you know its a small car can fit into a big space, and i just see a giant GASH in the side of my door, apparently someone didnt know how to back out...damn jerk offs i hate it when people just leave big asshole dents on your car, what has the world come to!

i wish ppl had more respect for other ppls things. and its really weird... like the parking lots in america are huge, the spaces are huge and yet you still get these ppl banging your car door with theirs. in asia the parking spaces are tiny as ****, i'm sure all these overweight ppl in this country won't even be able to make it into their cars if they parked there.... but amazingly you don't ever hear about ppl getting their doors fu'ed up by the car next to it.

comon you guys. If i saw the person do it, I'd tell them to pull out insurance and license and call the cops and make them pay to fix that. I want my car to REMAIN spotless and dingless. One easy way of avoiding most of these dings is to park near the back of the parking lot or in a corner spot and park closer to the curb. I do it all the time and "knock on wood" I havn't had a ding yet.

No doubt about that. Got $800 and half my car painted when some asshole threw his door into my Infiniti.

And yeah, I do the same stuff... try to keep my poor little mazda from getting torn up. Bad enough that my prelude has been hit twice in the past month (parked both times).

So I'm parking at the season opener at our local high school, and this dumbass trumpet player thinks it'd be cute to jump on my hood while i'm parking! So there's a huge ass dent in my hood....and it's taking all the power within me not to slit her throat...I, as well as pretty much everyone on this forum, has the philosophy that if you screw with my car...You're lucky if you come out alive..So it took nearly an act of god to get her to pay for it...but hey...if all else fails, hunt their parents down and make them pyay. Sorry to hear what happened..I was pissed when i came out of the store and saw my ding/Gash that was 3 inches long..and I WAS parked way in the back where there were no cars! I just got my gash fixed as well.. but dent pro did a great job....
can hardly see it.. hope yours is fixable as well.

My P5 got keyed in front of my house earlier this week, all up and down the drivers side doors. Got a quote from a place and they said $800. Wish I could find the punk that did it.

I just started up school again, and I've gotten my first door ding after 3 months of having just done my Paintless Door Repair. This time some dumbass dinged just above my rear driver side door handle. So pissed because all through out summer I took care of where I parked, and now just 1 week back to school I find that s***. Of all the sides I get dings from, its the side that least gets hit.

But anyways just as long as no paint breaks, or flakes its just a matter of an easy PDR to take care of it.

I'm so careful not to hit anyones cars, but I seem to always find some thing on my car that wasn't there when I left. Be it a ding someone running their fingers on it, or someone who decided to lean on it for support. I once had someone leave their coffee cup on top of my car once after my class.

The mark on my car isn't stick out and get your attention noticeable to anyone else really unless you look for it. But I know it's there. It's just plain old inconsideration. Since I have an almost two year old I have to shop at the department stores and wal-mart is one of them. When the husband is with me he always complains when I go a little out of my way to park away from all the other cars. I think next time I'll just ignore him and park where I want. We'll just have to grab a cart on the way to the store if he doesn't feel like walking that far with the kid. Next time I won't stay silent. Sometimes I get tired of being non-onfrontational.

So far I've been incredibly lucky. Only thing happen so far was a dude in a F-350 or some big-ass truck like that parked a foot away from my car. I got to watch as his fat ass wife tried getting out of the passenger side and hit my car w/the door. I went out there and checked, found a black rubber mark from his door's moldings. The driver's like "I'm always respectful... and I made sure I held the door." I friggin watched the door, too!

At least it was just a rubber mark. No telling how I would've been if he had dented...

A couple of weeks ago I was at work and i parked up front so i can see my car through the glass,you know to watch out for it and later that day some fat b**** driving a big black lifted GMC Yukon parks there and bamm,b**** hit my door.Small ding,no paint color or anything.She didnt even come in my store she went next door(even though the space said for my store only)
I grabbed a flathead screw driver and ran it across her entire passenger side,deep too.maybe a little too extreme but I have anger issues and need to work it out on stupid people

I'm sorry girl, you a better person than me. I would have waited to see who was driving, and if it was that b**** with the cart i would have approached her and told he she had to pay for the damage. If she freaked out, i would have blessed her soul.
