gawd help meh, are Tein as good as Eibach, because i can get about the same prices on them, i just dont know which one's higher quality. someone help

I think that Eibach is generally regarded as being higher quality. That being said, I went for the Teins. I mean made in Japan isn't what it used to be, that's reserved for China now! ;) I think that Teins will drop your car a little more and they have those cool rubber protecters for end of the springs. Plus, they will warranty against sag for a year while I don't know if Eibach has any warranty againts that.

I've only ever seen Eibachs more expensive than Tein. I paid $180 for mine, but I've seen them on ebay for less than $150 and the Eibacks for less than $170.

I don't think you can go wrong either way, but I was under the assumption that the Teins will give a lower drop than the Eibachs. I'm buying my Teins tomorrow and they should be her by Wednesday and hopefully they'll be in my car by next Friday.

tein :) , then your car can be exactly like mine haha now u gonna get eibach now yah :( lol peace - chris

i've got the eibach, work great, look is good, ride is stiff (what i expected), joe.

I did my reasearch and came to conclusion that TEIN is better, They have the warranty plus the rubber pieces will work great as noise reduction, and they have less sag than Eibach's. I just got mine today so i'll post pics of it soon. I'll be installing it tomorrow morning i'll let you know.

good luck! let us know how you make out, joe. p.s. i never had any sag with my eibach springs???

german vs. japanese. no contest, the eibach springs are higher quality pieces and eibach has much more expirience and reputation in the spring buisness. not to say that tein isn't a quality product, its just that eibach is the industry standard. i got mine for $195 shipped and couldn't be happier. good luck whatever route you choose

I agree man. Eibachs will be fine, but like I said you can't go wrong with either one of them. Tein is one of the biggest spring manufacturers in Japan. Eibach on the other hand is one the biggest, if not the biggest spring manufacturers in the world, so the choice is yours. I chose the Teins because the drop is a bit lower and I could not pass them up at the price.

What about H&Rs? They're German and give you a bit more of a drop than Eibachs. I've had them recommended to me by more than one person, so I think that's what I'm gonna get...someday.

I also went with Tein, but still sitting in my room until I can get together with a couple guys to help me install them.

Tein states a lower drop compared to the Eibach. Quality should be similiar since they are so famous with their coilovers in Japan.

Lastly, Teins are cheaper in price than Eibachs when I did my research. It's green.

I have not heard any complaints on Tein or Eibach springs, but I have heard friend tell me H&R springs were too stiff on other types of cars (i.e. Honda). H&R is made in Germany, so I don't really know if they are of lesser quailty than the Japanese springs... one wouldn't have thought so.

:D:D Got my TEIN's installed, they are great!!! perfect drop, looks even all around, looks awsome. Not bouncy ride is 100% better than stock. Install was easy, after been 2 yrs installing suspension on Honda's this was a piece of cake.
