TDC and cam positioning (2003 Protege5)

I have a 2003 Protege5. About 2 years ago I took the engine apart and cleaned the valves, replaced the valve seals, head gasket, along with other gaskets. I'm just now getting back to putting everything together.
My issue is that I don't remember how to position the cams when putting them in. I also need to get it back to TDC. Are there any diagrams or pictures that can help me? Or can anyone help me with this?
Much appreciated!

This should help,..

Here's a link to the factory service manual,..

Here's a link to changing the timing belt. It should help a bit.
There's a link to a YouTube video in it that may have some pictures?

A lot of pictures have been lost over the years. You could try searching "cams" in this forum.

Thank you. I will read over this and do the search. I'm new to this site so I'm still trying to figure out how to navigate.

I managed to repost a bunch of pictures that were lost, including a bunch of cam pictures that might help you.

This one in particular is useful.

There's timing marks on the backside of the cams that line up perfectly with the top edge of the engine block.
It's easier to see the marks from the other side of the car.
