Switching DRL from low's to pumpkins?

Ive wondered this with both of my car; Is it possible to switch DRL's from the low beams to the pumpkins (turn signal lights)? If anyone knows could they please post how to or post a link to an existing thread. Id really appreciate it. Its a Canadian P5 by the way.
