Ok, my 5 has a MS3 rsb w/ prothane bushings, moog endlinks, adjustable rear camber arms, KYBs, and H&R springs. After I installed them, I started hearing the front spring groan and it sounded like the whole front swbar would make a banging noise that went across the front of the car as soon as one front wheel rolled off the driveway. Also there was a muffled noise coming from the right rear whenever I stopped the car and then made a right hand turn. Well, I drove just over 2000 miles this weekend with my wife and my 6 and 2 year olds. We picked up my teenage daughter and cousin before driving 650 miles. We also ahead a loaded medium cooler, as well as other provisions ans luggage. Well the springs have finally settled. It looks and feels lower and there are no more creaks, groans, or bangs coming from underneath the car. I'm convinced that's all there was to it. It didn't feel like the springs were settled yet. I'm still not bottoming out.
