SU hard pipes and TS dual port bov install.

Hey all, I ordered my hardpipes from SU and it came in 3 sections. I'm wondering about the install. Looking to put in my TS dual port bov. Need a little help with it. I'm not sure if I'm keeping the stock bypass valve in it. From what I understand, when using a dual port, you delete the stock bypass valve. Also, I'm not sure if I go from the nipple off the hot pipe striaght to the bov. Does anyone know if there are illistations, how to, or pictures that I could use for refference?

Your TS dual port replaces your stock bpv. Connect it to the hot pipe and to the recirc pipe back into your intake. It literally is just a replacement of the bpv so you should be just disconnecting the bpv, put in the ts, and that's it. The only difference is that it also has a 3rd port which it uses to vent as well. Should be pretty easy

That's what I was thinking. The pipe to throttle plate, where the bov bolts to, is correct then? My friend and I were looking at it and were kind of puzzled. The stock valve is on a different pipe and routing is slighty different.

Your SU hardpipes came in 3 sections? The pic on the SU site only shows 2 sections. Got pics of yours?

Should only be 2 sections (hot pipe and cold pipe)

Yes, 3 sections. Hot pipe and looks like they may have updated the cold pipe to better fit? It looks as though everything will button up, just was concerned when I saw a 3pc in the box and 2 pc on the picture. Like I said though, it appears as though it's correct.

My main concern is how the TS bov is going to line up.

Has anyone had any trouble installing the cold pipe? Mine appear to be too long or something.

I orders my intercooler to throtle body hard pipes from SU as well, it cam in 2 pieces, i believe they updated it for an easier install (which it was) i have a Turbosmart Kompact Dual port BOV and it just replaced the stock BPV located between your Hot Pipe and your intake. i decided not to get the mounting flange for the BOV, it sounds like you did. i can send you pictures of my set up if you like. just PM me your email address. i have a turbo to intercoller pipe from SLS Performance and it fit fine.
