Actual exchange between me and the service dept. a couple of days ago:
Me: I'm here to get my 15000 mi. service done.
Him: Ok, which car are you in?
Me: The blue mp3.
Him: The what?
Me: The blue Protege mp3.
Him: Oh, Protege. I thought you said 'mp3.'
Me: I did say 'mp3.'
Him: Oh.
<sigh>
... and these are the guys with both orange and black MSPs on the lot.
I'm not really complaining, they do good work and all (my new sway bar bushings go in Thursday), but you'd think they'd know the cars a little better.
