Steedspeed V1, stock turbo and downpipe

Okay so here is my old manifold, turbo and downpipe setup. Yea it looks pretty rough but I can't really say it was my fault. The steedspeed is a V1 that needs rewelded due to leakage at the runners. This was a common issue with the V1 and Leen offered to do it for me but I didn't have a spare. Talk to him about arranging that, he is very helpful. The turbo and downpipe are stock pieces, but I do not know if they are the originals. The turbo was leaking oil when it was removed, though I am not sure if it was just a gasket or something internal. It may need rebuilt, but again I do not know for sure so that is reflected in the price. Downpipe looks fine, just needs cleaned.

I do not have the time or tools necessary to remove the turbo from the manifold, and the downpipe will probably break a stud if I take it off so I am selling this all as a combo. My asking price is $400 shipped for all three items and that price is pretty firm since I have a large shop bill to pay.
