as the title says spotted a black modified MS3 in South Portland by millcreek in a condo complex parking lot seen it a couple times now as i am dog sitting for some folks in the area. It has some gun metal multi spoke wheels, head light and fog over lays and rally armor flaps... appears to be stock height any one around here?
