So the card that came with my 9 from the factory works flawlessly, never have had one problem with it. I bought a brand new oem unit with uncut key, and had the dealer program it. (The service manager dropped it on the concrete before they programmed it, and then dropped it on the service counter after programming and handed it to me, with scratches on the painted buttons, and deep scrapes in the plastic).
The new one works off and on, just sometimes will refuse to work, except for unlock. Unlock works flawlessly every time, but the other buttons will not do anything alot of the time. Had the wife take it to the dealer, and of course it was working fine after they put a new battery in it. Took it back home and it started acting back up the next day.
Does the dealer owe me a new one, and does anyone think I can actually get them to give me a new one? After all, it brand freakin new when they guy dropped it twice. (I have never dropped mine once)
