Yeah he told me he wasn't going to write me up for reckless driving...I guess I got lucky on that one...but I'm just wondering cause on the citation it doesn't show how he clocked me it just says that i was doing 80 in a 40. and another thing if they have something wrong on the citation say miss spelled name or wrote the wrong make/model of my car, is that something I can use to fight it??? and I read somewhere else if you set up a court hearing then cancel it once or twice, the cop won't even show (meaning they would automatically drop everything) is this true???

yes, many of those things are tru and also arbitrary. Some officers will continue to show up haha. And some judges dont give a **** about messing up your make and model of car...

^that last sentence is critical, because they've seen too many tickets thrown out for stupid s*** like that. You did the crime, do the time...
