Size of 2012+ windshield for sunshade?

Hi all,

I've bought a used Mazda5 that is on its way here. Meanwhile, I want to order a sunscreen for it, but would like to verify the size (mean width, height) of the glass if anyone could be so kind as to measure theirs.

(I'll also gladly take tips on which sunshade to buy... I'd prefer the type that fold taco-like into a smal circle.)

It appears to be about 33" tall and roughly 48" wide (wider at the bottom, narrower at the top).

Look online for a Mazda 5 specific shade, it'll save you some hassle. I bought one for ours.

I have a '07 and there's an OEM sunshade for it. Not sure if there is an OEM sunshade for the '12. I have the weathertech sunshade for my mz5.

Our '08 requires the super jumbo shade for full height coverage. We use https://www.amazon.com/dp/ (commissions earned) from Wal-mart -$12. Slips under the driver's seat between the handle and the seat bottom. Expect to replace about every other year.

windshield part numbers are the same for the earlier models and the 12+ so the sunshade will fit. + I have one and it fits perfectly.
