Yeah, that's a pretty aggressive setup. I actually used his example to understand where the limit would be. He has 1/4-1/2 inch poke too. I think you will be more flush for sure.
Was looking at some of those lugs you posted links to. I definitely need the black since I don't think there are any quality red ones that the finish last. Of course the around $200 price tag I was not expecting lol. But I wouldn't want to cheap out on lugs.

2024 CX-5 Prem Turbo Tuned Lowered Forged Wheels
Mounted the wheels and got 30% tint. What a difference black to gunmetal makes.
Waiting on coilover parts from BC Racing. Then will lower about 2" all the way around.
Got a starter tune from DRTuned that woke up the turbo a bit. Way more fun to drive. Will get another tune after he reviews the log.
Drilled and slotted rotors front will arrive Thursday. That should do it. Now to drive the wheels off of it!
Our OEM wheel weighed 30.2#. We will list these wheels FS tonight...
EDIT Driving Impressions:
I wasn't expecting anything special as far as performance going to these wheels. The car feels ligbter, quicker handling and one WOT it jumped almost like a V8. I'm totally pleased with it.
When I install BC Racing coilovers,they are about 10#s per corner lighter than stock. That should be another bump. And when we get new tires they will be about 2 pounds lighter per tire.
I'll weigh the new drill and slotted rotors vs OEM. I doubt there will be significant difference...

Curious what tires/size you have now and are going to in order to save 5-10lbs per wheel? I know going from my stock 225 55r19 to 255 50 r19 is going to run me 1 to 2 pounds heavier per wheel at least.Mounted the wheels and got 30% tint. What a difference black to gunmetal makes.

Last night I changed out the oem front pads and rotors. They were squeaking constantly, with P1 Concepts ceramic pads and drilled/slotted rotors. No squeaking.
Grabbed this pics while waiting for the brakes to cool after bedding process.
Review of RIM Q2 ceramic coating, is doing a good job repelling brake dust. It gave the enkie wheels an nice rich luster, not shiny.
BTW, it only took 1.5 oz to balance on of the tires!
EDIT: we are liking P1 Concepts ceramic brake pads with drilled and slotted rotors. After the break in, they are quiet. Stopping is great. NOT race quality, not intended to be either. We have checked off squeaking OEM brakes on the front. Rears are quiet to date....

As soon as BC Racing ships the 3rd set of damper and top parts to the front coilovers I'll install and lower.

Looks damm sharp!In Dec I picked up a set of 20’s from the cx-9 Azami. Thought they looked pretty unique on the cx-5 Akera Turbo. Wrapped in Hankook Ventus S1 evon3 suv 255/45/20. NEC minute the ‘22 model comes out with the same rim in 19s
Regardless I think the top spec cx5 deserves 20’s. Handles way better especially in the wet.

I installed the LYKT arms and I'm getting a lot of clunking from the rear. Going to get back under it tomorrow and see if something needs to be torqued more.

I would like to see a picture of how these look installed since their design is completely different than the curved design of every other brand I've seen; Megan, Lykt, Godspeed etc.
