I was reading somewhere about vanity plates and how you stick out to cops more easily. And they would remember you more easily as well. (Doesn't make much sense to me) But I was thinking about getting a vanity plate that said MSP 654 that way they wouldn't think anything of it, but the people that actually care about the car would understand.

Anyways, like speedhawaii said, don't get cocky with it. How many letters are you allowed to have?

HIGH PSI (it rhymes too) but I guess that could be taken as cocky, which we all agreed we don't want.

Edit: I'm just thinking out loud.

lol.....came up with these in like a minute.

I live in NC as well, and some of the vanity plate options I had written down included:

MSP-2746
and
MSP 2746

The woman behind the counter didn't even check the computer before telling me I couldn't have one of those. Apparently, if it's too close to one of their randomly issued plates, you can't have it, period.

BTW, the following are taken:

SLOWPOKE
SLO POKE
SLO-POKE
BLUEGLUE

Keep in mind, if you go in there with a list of 10-15 plates, all written down in order from most to least favorite, you'll end up getting stuck with the one that you threw on there at the last minute thinking, "I doubt I'll need it, but I *guess* it's better than no vanity plate at all..."

what about SL0 (zero) POKE?
or SLO-POAK
again, just thinking out loud.

I don't think they make a distinction between the two on NC plates, but that's an interesting thought...
