Are you getting normal boost pressure? Does the car feel like it still has power? I cant tell if thats a normal amount or excessive (it does seem like too much play).
That is too much play. My turbo has play but I can't push to where it touches the housing. That looks like its ready to be rebuilt/changed out. If it starts scratching the sides. It could be a disaster waiting to happen.
