scratches on dash

ok, right above the cig lighter there are some scratches but i cant get them out cause theyre deep. does anyone know how much it would cost to replace the bottom part of the dash, or would i have to do the whole thing?

the dash is one solid piece. good luck if you plan on changing it yourself. it's held in by about a zillion screws, some in places only a contortionist can get to. however, the experience did provide about 8.5 hours of entertainment. maybe i did it the long way or the wrong way, but all i know is it's done and i will NEVER do it myself again. i'll gladly pay the dealer or a shop.

this might sound corny, but there is a past that you can get in walmart called GS27 scratch remover. put it on and shine away the scratch. I swear this works on it! I had the same thing happen to me when I was changing my radio and my dash got scratched. I had it around and i said what the hell. And lo and behold it worked. BUT DO NOT TRY IT ON YOUR CENTER CONSOLE!!!! let me know what happens.
