Hey ALL,

Anybody have the blue Samco silicone hot pipe installed on their MSP, with an after arket BOV? I have a Greddy Type S, and I want to buy the Samco pipe, but I only see a small nipple for the Stock BOV....help! I ordered a cold pipe with a flange so I can bolt my type s on the cold pipe (i currently have the BOV on the hot pipe).....heeellp! Thanks!

That's the set up I have, samco hot pipe and turbo hoses cold pipe with the dual set up bpv/bov.

Right but I dont have a dual setup. Is it possible to have a sealed samco pipe. Then on the cold pipe, have the Greddy BOV, venting? I threw away the stock BPV...

I'm sure you can find either a stocker for $20 or so on here. Or you could plug the samco and see IF it works well.

Right, thats what i was plannin on doing. CAN ANYONE HELP verify if plugging the Samco hot pipe will WORK!!? HEEELP!

Yeah you can try and plug it and because it does have a pice of metal it should be easy to clamp down on it good but you will stall. Read up on the dual bpv/bov set up, a lot of people are running this set up because of the stalling. Why don't you get a Forge BPV and run also a BOV with the forge it wil be able to hold a bit more boost easily.

stock bpv?

Forge makes a upgraded Stock Replacement, but it's built to be recirculated so it probably wont make the sound your looking for. All depending on how much money you wanna put into it, your best bet is buying a Cold Pipe with the Flange for the BOV you want running the dual stup. No stalling and the "whoosh" that everybody loves.
