Hey guys, I just put a new set of S-Tech's (Teins) on my ride, I love then except for 1 little problem, the passenger side rear sits about a quarter inch lower than the other side. (this is causing my tire to rub the fender at times, I'm running 18x7.5 with a +48 offset) Is it normal to have this much difference in ride hieghts? I haven't had it realigned yet ( I had a st of Skunk2's on it B4 but I can't seem to think that they were quite this low.) I don't think that I have too much negative camber either, anybody know whre I need to be on this?

I don't have an MP3, but I'm pretty sure what you're experiencing is not normal. A quarter of an inch doesn't sound like a HUGE difference, but I remember Tein has a warranty against spring sag. So if it's the spring's fault, you should be covered.

On my car, the result was an even drop (not lower on one corner). The fact that it's rubbing only on that one corner indicates a problem. This is a problem that an alignment will not solve. I would highly recommend you fix the problem BEFORE getting an alignment, so you won't have to align it twice.

Did you install it yourself or have it done at a shop? If at a shop, what did the installer say about this problem? Also, are you using the stock MP3 struts?

first, check to make suer your tire pressure is the same. not to mention it will settle after a few days. I know that on my car the heights were different due to the bearing being shot on one side. it was kinda sitting up out of its socket and inbetween the upper spring perch and the upper allignment plate thingy. dont get too discouraged anyways, a quarter inch isn't much, and when you sit in it you'll squat the driver's side anyways.
