rx8 suspension upgrade

hey guys im going to swap out the springs on an 8 tomorrow from stock to sprint performance , just the two front , any way any one have torque specs or any advice

Look up preloading. Sorry for late response. How did it come out and why only front?

its ok and i never did it , i got tied up :/ and not sure why only in the front ill ask him when im free
