Its pretty common in these cars regardless of which mounts you have. The idle is adjusted allowing for a specific load on the system. The A/C draws a lot of current and puts a greater load on the system. If you watch your tach you'll prolly see the RPMs drop 100 to 150 when the A/C compressor kicks on. If you add lots of mods that draw additional power (audio amps, gauges, etc.), the problem with the A/C compressor will be exaggerated. In my house, if I'm watching TV, running the dishwasher, and doing a load of laundry, my lights will flicker when the big outdoor A/C unit kicks on. Its no different.
