Ok, about a year ago, i hit a curb going about 60mph because some honda cut me off. This bent the s*** out of my front pass. side rim. I got new rims, and then realized that when i hit the brakes my steering wheel shakes. So i had the rotors turned and that fixed it for about a week. Then i got tired of turning the rotors, so i bought some brembo drilled/slotted brakes. I just got my license back a few days ago, and it is doing it again!!! Oh and i tried to re-align my car, because it pulls right damn hard, and they cant fix the camber, they say that they cant adjust the camber on our cars...help

STOP BLASTING those lug nuts with an impact wrench!

USE A TORQUE WRENCH!
1st - why are you assuming this is the problem?
2nd - Can this really warp the rotors, how?

Impact guns CAN warp rotors since they apply unever forces to the rotors. This is the most common cause for warped rotors. Also, if you can't feel a vibration through the pedal, your rotors are NOT warped. (your pads are bedded wrong.)

And 40 ft/lbs of torque is nowhere near enough for lugnuts. Try about 75-85 ft/lbs of torque. Also, how do you drive your car? Do you floor it then wait till the last minute to brake(be honest), autocross, or have to make sudden stops often? If you do any one of these, do you hold the brake pedal in? Do you pull the sidebrake(e-brake to some) when you park after doing any hard braking? All of these will warp rotors.
