Replacing factory Components with Kicker 6.2 Components?

I just got a new 2008 Madza 3 I Touring Sadan and am thinking of replacing the factory speakers with a new Component set, how easy will that be to install myself ? Does anyone have a walkthru or something that would help a do-it-yourselfer? I want to buy some new Component Kickers KS6.2 for the front doors and some 6x8 Kickers (055KS68) for the rear doors.
