Repairing Scratched Bumper

After having the car for a month, the first scratches have appeared. Some idiot scratched my rear bumper in several places, in some places down to the bare plastic.

Does anyone have recommendations for repairing it yourself? I'm sure I could bring it into a shop and get it fixed, but the scratches are quite small and I'd prefer to do it myself one afternoon.

I haven't done a repair myself but when I discovered a scratch and asked a knowledgeable detailer type what to do, I was told to try Meguiars SCRATCH X if the scratch isn't too deep, but if it goes to the primer to get a paint pen from http://paintscratch.com/ and have at it.

You might check there for advice and to confirm what to do about the scratch down to the plastic and bumpers in particular.

if the scratch is into the rubber in your bumber, then, ur gonna be stuck with that one.
