Remove 2013 Mazda3 2.0L skyactive intake manifold

I was wondering if there are any instructions out there that explain how to properly remove the intake manifold on a 2013 skyactive 2.0L engine? My engine just hit 70k miles and im curious as to see how much carbon buildup there is leading into the cylinders.
