Remote Radar Bracket 2 Pics

I remade my remote radar detector bracket, since the first one kept falling through the hole and broke. This one is a much better design. It looks better in person too. I took the plastic piece that was in that hole, and cut and sanded a hole the size of the bracket that came with the radar. Then I put the bracket through the hole, and bondo'd the edges of the radio piece and the radar mount so it looks like one piece (the radar's piece sticks out about .75cm more than the stock piece), sanded a lot, then primered and painted. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

yea, at first I wasn't sure if I liked how it sorta bubbles out, but after a day of driving with it I love the look. It looks pretty much stock now, and it's really easy to see and control.
