I was recently on vacation for three weeks and when I returned and tried to start my 2008 CX-7, the twist ignition was locked into place and would not let me turn it. I tried removing the plastic twist handle and inserting the key from the credit card fob and it still was locked. I tried a new battery in my key fob and that has not helped and also tried boosting my car to charge the battery. I am wondering if there is anything else to try before having it towed to the dealership and scanned.
