rear bumper sag?

my rear bumper has started sagging. i had some body work down about a year and a half ago after i was rear ended in a minor accident. not serious damage just fixing a couple dents and repainting the rear bumper and trunk. i know there is a kit out there to fix front bumper sag, but is there any way to fix the rear? its not real bad, but the gap betweent he bumper and the trunk/rear qps is bigger than it should be. as far as i know this bodywork is the only time the bumper has been off the car.

are these clips built into the bumper or are they replaceable?

I just fixed mines yesterday. Drilled a screw to hold it in place. Quick and easy

Its the brackets the bumper skin connect to under your taillights... just had mine off this weekend fixing my trunk leak issue... and that was the cause... i plan on welding them back to there original position when it gets warmer out
