Rainy Day Check Engine Light

I Noticed That Every Time It Rains Pretty Hard My Car Seems Sluggish And The Check Engine Light Begins To Flash And Then Stays On. Then When It Is A Dry Clear Day The Check Engine Light Goes Away And The Car Runs Fine. Another Example I Was Diving On The Highway One Rainy Night And Then I Hit A Huge Puddle As I Got On The Off Ramp And Saw The Puddle To Late And A Splash And The Checkk Engine Light Flashed And Stayed On And Again With The Sluggish Driving. Anyone Have Any Suggest Or Experienced This????

what engine do you have? when the MIL flashes it means your car is misfiring.

do you have an aftermarket intake? clean and check the spark plug wires, harness connectors to the coils for damage, dirt, wear, check for water in them. look on the connector where the wires go into the connector and make sure it's sealed and if theres any moisture in there. trace the harness for the coils and check for damage or water anywhere?

same thing happened to my integra years ago after it got flooded in a storm. my dad had his headlight connector melt after water entered through the harness side and shorted the wires.
