question regarding switching back to auto from man

when u guys w/ the CX7 are driving in man mode and u want to switch back to auto, do u let off the gas or just switch back while still giving gas. i think u just keep on w/ the gas but not sure. this is my first car ever w/ this type of trans. i love it. just like a stick w/ no clutch. really gives it extra balls...(ughdance)

yeah it doesnt matter one way or the other. Youre basically just telling the computer youre done shifting on your own.... it wont harm it.
