Question about a bent rim

So I was driving on Chicago's fine roadways and slammed into a large pothole. I noticed a slight steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. I take it into the mazda dealer and I have an ever-so slightly bent rim on the inside edge. They rebalanced it and told me it shouldn't be a problem, but I need to test it at high speeds.

My question is, if the inside lip is slightly bent, and it drives well, is this anything to worry about.

If I need to replace the rim, is anybody selling one stock wheel. The dealer gave me two options if it came to that...a cheaper refurbished wheel or an overpriced 500 mazda wheel. I think I would buy my own and not go through the dealer.

I'd make it a point to keep it on the back. You could check out a rim repair place. I had a good friend bend a 19 on his TT. They fixed it and it was perfectly true. I realize a bend wheel that has been fixed won't be as strong as the original...but it can't hurt. I think the repair ran him about $150.

Thanks for the advice, I've found some dealers online that sell those wheels for under 200 bucks, i'll also check the marketplace.

I might have one next week. Getting new wheels and tires. But I might have offered them to someone else, pm me. I will check my inbox when I get home
