oh and on top of that everytime it clicks or kocks like that my idle goes down..??

anyone know?

Few questions..
When did it start.
How often does it do this..just upon start up or all the time etc?
What do you have done to your car?
Have you had it serviced in the last couple months..timing belt, water pump, changed spark plugs etc..?

Sounds like detonation. I would have a mechanic look into asap.

when's the last time that you've cleaned your plugs? (..injectors..or EGR valve)

yuppers...thats what I heard...less ping and more of something inside there getting bounced around...Plus he has an 03 which is what year those problems came from...
^^^you know...I was thinking about that. It sounds like a rattle more than a ping.

well first of all, it was a really loud sound. i mean it sounded bad like a bad rod bearing. but i did open the valve cover to see if there was anything wrong. but i didnt see anything unusual.

then put it back together, started it still was the same. didnt drive it for a week or 2..then started it back up which was the same. then waited another week started it. and then ended up with that video up there..

for these past 2 days i drove it close around my area for maybe a good 20 min. it was working like normal, but i can still hear the click noise but not as loud.

i hear the sound comming from my mani. but not to sure.

i am gonna change the plugs and

and what is VICS screw?
