I just took apart my gauge cluster on my MSP. The bulbs twist right out, and are regular bulbs, but have an amber condom over them. The condom is glued on, but you could scrape it off and possibly replace it with whatever.

As for the HVAC stuff, that I have no idea on.

i won't let this thread die . .. .

i ordered a gauge cluster, but didn't want to spend $200 for white gauges with amber, i guess,
so i bought the lx cluster and will probally change to indiglo or white at least.

i have a head unit from a P5 and really like the red, but like you do not envy the x-mas theme.
