well if anyone is interested get ahold of me. As to the high compression ratio.. you guys are 9.1:1 , my probe is 9:1 and my awd turbo eclipse big 16g is 7.8:1. You ever safely crank your psi up to 17-20. This is not to insult, it's just anyone I know who's ran a compression ratio in the 9's has usualy never broke to far past the 7psi mark. I too have a spare turbo sitting in front of me and plan on strapping it up to my engine because my internals are already done. I realistly don't plan on getting anymore than 5psi -7psi. This is do to high compression. This is all a matter of preference though, which i understand and respect. I haven't seen many dyno on your car so I don't know the exact specs.
These are the specs on my car though if it were stock w/ a turbo kit on:
T3-T04 turbo, and a front mount intercooler. Horsepower is increased from 98 to 151-185 front wheel hp (175-220 flywheel) @7-8 psi. The base kit sells for $2595, and the complete system is $3495. Installation time is 10-14 hrs. The only welding needed is the exhaust. The Complete Kit comes w/ EVERYTHING (injectors, ecu, 3" exhuast piping, etc..)
$2g's in my talon caught my almost 350whp though. some cars were meant to easily turbo, some a little more difficult with larger capabilities. Again this is all a matter of preference and how much $$ and time you wanna spend. Not putting down either turbo's or n/a high compresssion cars. I like em both.
