2017~2024 Pandora Issues

Hey everyone- just got a new CX-5 in the last week. Love the car, not a fan of the infotainment system- specifically bluetooth/Pandora. Pandora consistently does not work. I have to close the Pandora app on my phone, or reboot my phone, or something similar for the CX-5 to read off my phone and the app.

Is this a known bug? Am I missing something? Any tricks or solutions?

TIA

Phone?
Settings > Pandora Make sure ENABLE AUTO LAUNCH is turned on.

Almost all of the time it is a phone or app issue. Pandora seems to be notorious.

I figured it out. Apparently you have to have Pandora playing first on your phone, then click on Pandora in Connect. Weird but oh well.

Not a requirement to have it running first, but if it works for you ok. Just dont enable it before the infotainment system says -phone connected/import contacts. Shows on top on your Mazda screen.
