P5 N/A Mods Help Needed

Hi Guys

I live in South Africa and drive a P5.Its a 180isx and I would like to upgrade my exhaust, fit a CIA, a unichip, have the gasflowed ported and polished and fit some cams for starters. Later i will do a 2.0l conversion and fit some itb`s. Unfortunately aftermarket parts for this car is not readilly available for this car in RSA, so i was wondering if you guys could help me out. I will have to have the parts custom made, so can anyone give me what spec ehaust and what duration+lift cams to fit

why do all that work, and then swap to a different motor?

your requirements will change with the increase in displacement...

Anyway...

2.25in to 2.5in (depending on what you want to achieve) mandrel bent exhaust system with high flow cat and straight through muffler

Cam specs, there are some specs available on this site in other threads (search for "twiggy sticks", or "twiggy cams" for an idea of specifications that are used on the most agressive cams ever built in a sizable run for this motor) - or you can order cams from protegegarage (integral cams)

it may not be that simple....from what i can gather, deck heights are slightly different...

Not sure the motor code but its the motor found in the 626
