For the seats there are some latches underneath and you just slip them right out. As for the backs, I don't know

thats for the sedan. Though the top part is probably the same (never taken them out yet) the bottom is different.

the p5 bottom part of the seat folds forward (pull up on the loops on the corners) then there is a yellow release clip. undo that and slide out the bars and take them off.
