After the weekends newcastle cruise i have decided to make some concrete plans for the future of my car as i want to have it in a magazine by this time next year.

What i am planning to do in the next 6 months

is put a set of extractors and 2/1/4" cat back system on my car and injen CAI and a haltech engine management sysem all this mods will hopefully boost my car to about 125-130kw at the fly.

The following three months i will be working on my car interior was and exterior wise.

With the interior i am planning to have a custom install made up for my 2 10's and get a brushed alimunium surround around my gauges

Im also getting and alpine tv/dvd/mp3 player

Exterior wise i am going to get a set of 18's for my car and i know this is hard because of width wise

The following three months are the big mechanical months

i will be completly upgrading the the suspension with adjustable shocks, lower firmer springs and a strut brace.

I will also be upgrading the brakes by getting a set of DBA slotted disks and some better brake pads not sure yet with them.

The big thing i will be doing is turboing my car i have decided late next year that i will be importing a HiBoost turbo kit form the usa and getting a full 3" turbo back exhaust system and having it tunned in sydney not sure where yet i hopefully will be getting about 135kw atw running about 7 or 8 psi boost

And a heavy duty Clutch and different flywheel

so by this time next year i will have a fully sick mazda that i can put into shows

fully sick moit!

maybe a brake upgrade like mine???

dont forget for show cars you need to do individual mods - things no one else has done. that's a lot easier said than done

To my knowlege everyone who is doing up there car owns a hatch and my car is the 1.8

and in order to be invidual i will have a car thats not over the top but still looks really smart i dont know how yet but i want to make the exterior and interior look different but not look rediculous or be uncomfortable to ride in saying this i dont want to forfiet an already good starting base as the car right now doesnt look to bad and the seats are ok too because this car was the shades editions which benifited from a mesh style seat the surround around the headunit and airconditioner is simular to the sp20

mechanically this car will be the best that i can make it A BIG TARGET BUT ACHIEVABLE NONE THE LESS

yeah certainly not many doing up the 1.8

shaved door handles etc are still a cool mod. one really good mod i saw many years ago was a car with no join points (where possible). so there was no gap between the bumperbar and the body. would suck if you had an accident though

Does this look to low

Yeah when i do my suspension i want my car considerably lower and firmer to do this im thinking about get a set of kings superlows and mazda speed adjustable gas shocks. What are other alternatives to have my car looking and handling like a glove when i was driving the other night understeer was a big issue when i took corners a little too fast i want to minimise understeer and at the same time have a mean look.

that's a touch lower than the kings superlows

just a thought - snert will have his superlows for sale very very soon!

and dont forget the whiteline sway bars sabrelli is greatfully donating his car to get made for us :D :D :D

if snert doesnt mind can you post some pics of his car

i want to see some pics of a 323 with superlows mine will be a smidgen lower at the back because i have two 10 is the boot.

Also one of my mates has superlows in his car and it is heaps firm and handles like a glove and one of my other mates cars is at a simular hight and it is really soft and you cant have 2 people in the back because it constantly rubs out will i have that the later problem if i was to put superlows in my car

where abouts would they be on agt cause hes not in readers rides
