oh man thank god !

So I'm driving to work this morning and I hit a small bump in the road, and I hear a clunk from the rear end. I have the AWR 3/4 sway bar kit and I think that it needs to greased again, yes I grease it everytime I change my oil, cuz the Urethane bushings squeek. But anyway, every little bump I hear it and I.m Thinkin oh s*** I think I broke a link.

So later I go outside at lunch and give everything a good eyeball, and the links a tug, nice and tight. then I notice on the drivers side there is a sheild that covers something fuel system related, just a black splashsheild and it has scuuffs and scratches in it. It seems when I hit that bump it compressed the suspension enought to raise the rear of the swaybar high enough over the top edge of the sheild to catch it on the way back down and pop out it's little clip.

So now it rubs the swaybar all the time because it's hanging, anyway i'll put a clip in it and notch it to keep it from happening again.

Those of you with the AWR or any sawybar kit should do the same. Anyway enough rambling.

so, the swaybar is rubbing the shield thing now, and the shield thing is what hit? fix it man, fix it!haha, get under there and fix it, get offline, go go go fix it tony, quit being a slacker, get er done!ha
