OBDII to OBD I

What will it take to accomplish this to convert over to the Sport 20's OBDI ecu and the Mazdaspeed longtube header? Theoretically of course. Just swap the ECU, install the header and get the right o2 sensor?

The Mazdaspeed stainless steel header is from the Mazdaspeed MPS model Familia in Japan. The header is an OBD I style header and installtion into a US model car requires relocation of an O2 sensor and removal of the catalytic convertor that bolts to the exhaust manifold.

That simple? or should I be emailing somebody @ corksport?

Converting a car from OBDI to OBDII requires a lot more than just changing the ECU...It is a lot harder to do than just that.
